  for the buildings concerned, prior to any Asbestos Removal by qualified operatives.

  Asbestos Waste Transfer Companies

  Vetting and appointment of competent qualified and licensed trade waste removers.

  Asbestos Regulations and Codes of Practice

  Preparation and production of both Asbestos Regulations and the Code of Practice.

  Asbestos Sub-Contractors

  Vetting and approval of the competence and selection for contracts of Asbestos sub-contractors, scaffolders, elecricians, plumbers and
  carpenters.
