  Environmental Concerns
  Preparing Environmental Polices as required by the scope of the Contract
  works to be acheived and as dictated by the nature and location of the
  workplace activities.

  Health and Safety Training
  Training of personnel, at Management and Operative level, to comply with
  government legislatation and the Health and Safety Executive mandatory
  requirements - for example First Aid, Construction Skills approved
  courses.

  Fire Regulations
  Preparing Fire Evacuation procedures, both written and 'hands on',
  Induction to individuals concerned and the appoinment of Fire Safety
  Wardens. Regulatory Reform Order Regulation 2005.

  Procedures
  Written procedures for the management of the general public and third
  parties for contract works which would involve them, in terms of quality of
  life, personal disturbance and potential risks both to them and their
  property; seeking and obtaining local authority approval, liaising with
  Insurance companies, Police, Fire and Ambulance Services and other
  statuatory bodies.

  Health and Safety Systems
  Producing written Risk Assessments and procedures to cover both Health
  and Safety plus the security of personnel, premises, plant and vehicles.
